Refund & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Proximity Vape! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase 

 Refunds (If applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit  / debit card (or original method of payment).

Once approved, We will process your refund immediately. You will receive the credit within a 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange for opened / used items (unless faulty). We also can not offer an exchange or refund for any item containing nicotine.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale / reduced items cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Before contacting us, please double check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once all checks are made, If you have still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@proximityvape.co.uk.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the nature of the return is down to error on our part then the shipping cost will credit back to you. We recommend sending any returned items Royal Mail (Singed for) delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must contact us, via the contact tab at the bottom of the page prior to returning your item to be issued with a returns number. Returning an item without being assigned a returns number will only delay the process and may even results in your return be lost or untraceable once received.
